Crazy Idea... tape a webcam on your nut facing your tuners... play a song - watch what you recorded.
Are the strings slipping? Are the tuners turning?

Not aware of saddle type, but if strat style make sure saddles are level (can get a slope easily with two adjustment screws.... slip into valley of fatigue and all). maybe a drop of machine oil on groove in each saddle? Other suggestions are all good too. This thread is for all of us, not just Mr PRS, so not total waste of time

Unless I misunderstand the OP has no desire to string the tuners correctly so it's very difficult to help the guy.
