Rarely used chords?

Can you guys give me some rarely used chords that sound great? Thanks in advance i mean chords like this etc..

I don't see how E major is a "rarely" used chord. If anything, it's a very common chord.

Dude, just put a capo on the 4th fret, and play C major (open). You should see the family resemblance.

Didn't The Moody Blues do an album about this. "In Search of the Rare Chord", or something like that...?

Edit: Sorry that was, "In Search of the Lost Chord".... My bad.....
