Jackson RR24 String Set-up
Hi!
I dont know if i am in the right forum but here it goes. I have a Jackson RR24 and will now tune it into B, im using 0.11-0.70 stings. Do you think the neck will handle it? I dont want the guitar to break. Cheers! |

Of coarse it will handle it. If it has a Floyd rose you will have to adjust.

70 seems petty darn thick. I use a 56 for the low b in drop b tuning and it seems just about right.

56 is too lose for my flavor. But I do drop and like a tight top string for chugs
