Funeral Doom Piece (GP5 and GPX)
As I play in an happy, upbeat Symphonic Metal band, I fancied writing something really dreary and grim and quite eerie, so I came up with this. This was written sometime last year, listening to it now, it is bloody depressing, so it may not be for all, but I hope you enjoy!

Sounds like a less boring version of Autopsy. Riffs are a bit bland, but the combined leads work. So do the epic chords. However, as silly as this sounds, too upbeat for doom metal and definitely not sad enough for funeral doom.

Really liked the clean riffs, and defiantly sounds dark.
I have trouble sitting through anything that slow though to be honest. |
