Every forum needs rules. Likewise, every forum needs people to enforce the rules, otherwise it just becomes filled with spam and nonsense, with no real discussion. If people can't live with that, tough shit.
That being said, if you're abusing the rules as a moderator, then you need to leave. But otherwise, stay. I don't have enough experience in the matter to vote either way. I'll probably end up voting stay because I'm a nice dude.

I think you should stay. I read more than I post, but I love the pit and have enjoyed the fact that you have fun and joke around in the proper places. I haven't seen any of your modding effects fortunately, but just feel like from the posts I've read with you being willing to be silly or funny in the right thread and the out pouring of support in this thread that you should stay. You and Jetfuel are the Mods I have seen most and I appreciate your willingness' to let a stupid thread be a stupid thread, but make sure things stay OT in a more serious thread. That said, you don't owe anyone here anything, so if you'd like to go than that is your choice and we won't hold it against you if you return to regular Monkey status

Also, this thread wasnt for an ego boost or a cry for attention. I honestly dont know the majority opinion of me. I'm glad to see overwhelming support for my staying here, but I just want to see what my position on this forum will and can be for the future.
I willingly and unbeknownst to personal opinion about me took the idea of leaving the fate of my position of power to the UG users. I will still leave this thread open for 30 days for everyone to get a chance to cast their vote. In about 5 days I will unsticky.
