Poll added, neither is just. I dont like that judges have the final say in terms of sentencing.

Judge acting like some disgruntled senile retiree. Girl acting like a 12 year old.
The bail increase might do her some good. Not sure that 30 days locked up is necessary. Flipping off a judge doesn't make her a threat to public safety.

The judge was kind of a dick, but she deserved it for being a bitch.
I voted option 2 if that means anything. The lesson to be learned here is you can avoid a lot of shit by having some common decency.
