Not saying it wasn't bitter or petty, but the girl was very rude the entire time. Court rooms are extremely formal and deliberate places, and literally all she had to do is say "thank you" and "goodbye" (or adios, I couldn't care less) in a respectful answer and get on with her previous bail. I agree that a five thousand dollar raise on the bail is ludicrous, but it does not change the fact that it was preventable.

They were both completely out of line. Calling him a **** and demeaning all judges is petty.

I can't tell if you're trolling or not. Courtrooms aren't the place to act like a punk-ass bitch. As a judge, the courtroom is not only your workplace, but it is a place where you need to command respect. I'll bet you the next dumbass kid won't start shit with that judge.

I'm bloody well aware about how a courtroom works. Being a petty dick, saying it back to her, etc isn't doing anything. I'm sure he's giving her shit over the obstruction of justice but that's exactly what idiot, petty, emotional judges like this fat fag do. Incarceration should be for isolating threats to society from society, not for isolating "punk ass bitches" for not having the correct manners. Judge Judy esque bullshit that has as little place in a court of law as the original behaviour.

Keeping a courtroom in order is part of a judges job. If he lets everyone walk all over him, he won't command any respect and fail his responsibility of keeping the courtroom running smoothly and orderly.
