Stopbar SG help

I was wondering if someone could tell me if my stopbar is suppose to be like this it is slightly raised off the wood and tilted at an angle? is this normal or should i be looking at fixing it?

It looks like the bushings are pulling out.

Yeah it's a problem. Those things are installed into the guitar so youre able to screw in the tailpiece. You're going to want to take it to a shop because you'll probably have to plug the holes and drill new ones so they fit properly.

Next time you change strings take off the stopbar and unscrew the poles that it sits on. Then try hitting the bushings with a hammer so they go into the body.

But yes, it shouldn't be like that and to fix it should only be a case of bashing 'em back in.
