Suggest Me An Amplifier

Please suggest me an amplifier.
I am a beginner, looking to buy 1st amplifier for electric and acoustic guitar.
Power: 5-15 Watts
Features like multiple modulation effects, battery and ac powered, excellent sound quality, reliable, small size and weight, two axillary inputs for mike and guitar.
I would prefer to use it like a practice amp and sometimes to play guitar on the go when i travel and sometimes in the open air in a crowd of 100.
budget : upto 150$
New or Used: New
preferred brands: Marshall, fender, Line6, Peavey, Laney, Roland.
If not all the above said features are available, willing to compromise at few.

Might want to check out the Peavey Nano Vypyr. I've never even seen one, but should definitely be worth checking out.

Roland Micro Cube had all of the features you've listed except for the two inputs [although it does an auxillary input for an iPod and stuff on the back too]. Try and find two Micro Cubes that are used? [see my sig]
Your beliefs are only valid when they correspond with my own.

Try the Vox mini 3 or the roland mobile cube. I prefer the Vox, personally.
