Breathtakingly stunning, love the finishes on both. What did you do to finish the neck naturally on the blue/green guitar? The headstock design looks great with the dark hardware.

Thank you! Used poly and brought it back to down to a satin finish using some very high grit paper. Its very smooth and very fast!

I swore pretty hard when I saw these two. The 7-string still steals it for me - it's an absolute beauty.

Been away for awhile but I just finished another build I thought you guys might like to see. I got another request for a duality copy after someone saw the blue one and I agreed to do it to make some extra cash to survive while Im up at the Galloup school of lutherie for 8 weeks. Been working on my own line so expect to see those build coming along in the new year! Any way heres what I ended up with:

1 piece curly redwood top
1 piece black limba body
rose wood neck
ebony Fb and binding
Schaller Hannes bridge
Bareknuckle VHII in the neck, nailbomb in the bridge
bourns pots with a pushpull tone
switchcraft 3-way and an emerson .47 cap

I'll giv'em a shot and let you guys know how they do

Haha, that guitar belongs to me!

Hey guys, I have about 2 weeks left before I head up to the Galloup school of lutherie so I haven't started any new guitars but I have been working on smaller projects to make some extra cash and I thought you might appreciate this long board I'm making for a friends grandson. He will be receiving this for Christmas. The grandfather owns race cars and has people drive for him. One of his drivers passed away who was close with the grandson. The driver had a flaming skull as sort of a trademark, so the grandfather asked me to include the skull on the deck. I went a little overboard but I couldn't help it and I love the way it came out.

Here Is the Skull the driver used

So lets inlay...

Looks pretty good but It seems to be missing a lot of detail. Time to break out the wood burner
