NAD! (And NBD technically, since I never did one)
I was initially looking for some really cheap basses for screwing around in alt tunings, and they had this sitting in the bass room at my GC. I felt it was too good of a deal to pass up.
![]() Ampeg BA115 This thing is surprisingly loud. I never paid much heed to this amp because I thought it would be a practice thing, but it can really get the walls shaking. I'm hopefully going to take it to practice Friday to see how it holds up in a mix. But I'm pretty happy with it. In the past I've only owned a little Peavey practice amp, and this is much, much nicer. I love the tilt back feature. ![]() Rig shot: ![]() My bass is an Ibanez SR300F. It's a fretless, and I love playing it (sliding on it mostly, haha). Fretless is really nice because you don't have to worry about fret edges that are often horrible on cheaper basses. This guitar in particular just seems very nice overall for an Indonesian guitar. ![]()
