How thin can i make the bolt on neck joint
How thin can i make a neck heel on the guitar ?

I would make sure you leave at least a couple of millimetres of wood between the end of the screw and the start of the fretboard. That should be a good guide to how thin your neck can be if you know how thick your body is going to be at that point.

Well I sorta would like to look similar to a set neck but because I cannot afford a set neck but I had a bolt on lying around.
