I know one guy who do boxing about 20 years and he still play on guitar but i read some topic and opinion on this was various. SO iŽam asking for some answers you. I can shred very good i think, i love shredding and i dont wanna have some troubles from boxing but boxing is a great passion, but without some attacks on my person i would like to read some great answers on this topic. The only way that I think that it can affect your playing is if you bust up your hands.

It depends on how careful you are. Be sure to wrap up your hands very well to avoid injury. Even still, injuries will inevitably happen. When they do, wait for your hands to heal before either playing guitar or boxing, or you may just injure yourself further. Also, always have an ice pack or something for after your practices and fights to keep your hands from swelling too much. Swollen hands will definitely hinder your guitar playing.

If I were you I would take every precaution necessary. I don't know much about boxing but I would wrap up my hands with bubble wrap if I were you.

Bubble wrap would do absolutely nothing when it comes to the forces involved with boxing. It's like expecting a cardboard box to protect a window dropped from 50 feet.
