nah, Pistorius had apparently chosen to go to court today rather than follow the normal procedure but it's since been postponed until tomorrow.

I was just surprised that they would have charged him so soon if he'd said that he was mistakenly acting in self defence, which combined with the Police's dismissal of the suggestion makes me think this isn't as innocent as some people are making it out to be.

Maybe he was legless aka pistorious

If he really shot her by accident that is the biggest fail of all time. why would she date a disabled guy anyway, she was stunning ? pity case?
