Washburn MG42 MOD SUGESTIONS
Hi, What modifications/customisation would anyone suggest to upgrade/improve my MG42?
Im looking into an H-S-H pickup config, as I have 3 spare single coil pickups from a MARLIN SLAMMER (strat copy), I also have a 5 way pickup switch from the same SLAMMER, would this make any improvement on the sound? Also, how much of a differance will potting my single coils make, if any? any and all input wellcomed. BAD_COMPANY

1, What's the best non floating bridge to replace the floyd rose floating one it came with?
2, the lower bridge pin is fixed in with car repair u-pon? and ally mesh. Is it a good idea to drill and fix the The bridge down? (i don't use the wammy bar), or buy a differant bridge? any sugestions wellcomed BAD C

No the pickups would be sub-par at best.
Just buy new electronics and sheild the cavity. You'd probably be better off blocking the floyd. |

a double stud, but you must measure it out first
a double post bridge EDIT: a Les Paul or sg style bridge
