it's 3 hours away but if you can, go check out Helen Georgia. it's an old German settlement right in the mountains with a few waterfalls nearby, tubing, and a whole bunch of touristy things.

The only thing that Augusta is famous for is the Masters golf tournament.
So, unless you just love golf, it's a boring small town. oh Laurence Fishburne was born there.. |

There isn't shit to do in Augusta. Make a day trip to Atlanta or Savannah, they're both like a 3 hour drive from there.
