Unless you can save up more money, the Vypyr is the only thing in your budget that will do any kind of metal tone even half-well, and it still won't do the Euro-goth metal tone.

For what it's worth, to get the sort of tone you're after you typically need a high-quality, low-gain boost or overdrive pedal into a high-gain, American-voiced valve amplifier, then with an EQ afterwards (either in a series loop or even after the power amp) set to an 'M' shape. For Nightwish specifically, Emppu makes use of a huge range of custom-modified pedals and an EQ processor with different settings for every song. That sort of tone is very expensive, very complicated and not something you can get in a small practice amp.

If you can wait and save more money, you could get a basic high-gain valve amp and an EQ pedal and you would get moderately close, or you could get a modeling valve amp like a Spider Valve which also would get you a few steps closer, but still be a little off.
If you really can't wait, my advice is to buy the Vypyr—it's good, for a beginner amp—and just live with that fact that you can get a decent standard metal tone and that the tone you dream of will simply have to come later when you're in a position to afford something more fancy.
