I don't know about manly but Honey Bunches of Oats is the best cereal ever.

Marks and Spencer's Triple Chocolate Crunch. Sugar coated and chocolate dusted oat clusters, mixed with solid squares of milk chocolate and dark and white chocolate flakes. Its absolutely incredible

I've never had' Shredded Wheat' specifically but I prefer those 'bland' cereals to sugary cereals.

I never eat cereal anymore though.
