I'm a nurse. Sounds like you have Aphthae: they are mainly caused by stress, incorrect oral hygiene, and sometimes vitamin deficiency. So, you now know what to do.

I'm the same TS. I always get ulcers. It gets worse for me when the weather gets hot but try to increase your water intake because that seems to work for me.
