Effects chain question

Hi everyone, I just bought myself a nice Orange TH30 Head and I have a question about the FX Loop.

On my prev amp (roland cube 15) I used to have the following setup:

Guitar - ZenOn Chromatina 328 - Fame Wahwah - Line6 UberMetal -FulltoneOCD - Boss DD7 - Boss RV 5 - AMP

Now i wonder, at what point should i place the amp/FX now??

Guitar - AMP - FXSend - [above pedals] - FXReturn
Guitar - [above pedals] - AMP
Guitar - ZenOn Chromatina 328 - Fame Wahwah - AMP - FXSend - Line6 UberMetal -FulltoneOCD - Boss DD7 - Boss RV 5 - FXReturn
Guitar - ZenOn Chromatina 328 - Fame Wahwah - Line6 UberMetal -FulltoneOCD - AMP - FXSend - Boss DD7 - Boss RV 5 - FXReturn
etc...

*Edit
I do plan to use both the Dirty and Clean channel.

Guitar>Wah>UM>OCD>Amp

then DD7>RV5 in the loop.

Personally, I use a DD6 in my chain and it works just fine. I'd definately put that RV5 in the loop though.

Yeah, the most usual thing to do is distortion and wah in front of amp, modulation and delay/reverb in the FX loop.

But really it's up to you. Try different pedal chains. But usually delay and reverb sound muddy in front of amp (though some prefer delay in front, it sounds different) and distortion doesn't sound great in FX loop. With modulation effects it's more about preference, they sound good both in front and in the FX loop.
