How much do you think my guitar is worth?

hey I know this can really vary from store to store but I am wondering how much I can expect from a local guitar shop for my ESP H-1001? It is from 2007 and here are all the specifications The guitar with seymour duncans I remembered I paid $550 for it about 3 years ago and the place I bought it from was charging a little over $700 but I knew a guy who worked there and got a deal. Also my guitar is in very good quality, no dents or scratches.

From a guitar shop? Not shit. Probably $200 if you're lucky. Real lucky.

Depends on where you sell it.

Guitar Center will probably offer $225 for it, since they sell for about $450 on eBay.

Yeah I wouldn't be going to GC or Sam Ash. I would go to some local guitar shop in the Chicago suburbs

Why not just sell it on CraigsList? You'll get at least $450 that way.

I really don't want to bother with that.

So instead of potentially getting $450 for it, you'd rather take $200 simply because you don't want to post and ad and have someone try it out?

Don't be lazy. Sell it privately and get more cash for what it's actually worth.

well it would still depend on what the shop would actually give me but I might just not sell it and wait longer to get a new guitar and end up having two which wouldn't be a bad thing at all

Plus my friend once you sell it to a local shop for 250'ish they will turn around and sell it for the 450 that Eppicurt was talking about, just saying s'all.

I will give you 200 bucks for it.

A shop is going to give you about 50% of the value of it, which is going to be in the 300-400 range.
