Not per se. I'm quite good at telling if peole are worth talking to/socialising with.
Its easier to see irl based on their body language, clothing and so on. A bit harder when it comes to an avatar or a job title the brony avatar-users are generally quite annoying though as far as I can tell.

Being a brony is definitely a red flag, but there are a couple (like TS) who have proved they're not complete shit brains. Then there are people like losing battle.
