US USB Mixer Recording Studio/Live

Hi guys,

I have an old Mackie mixer board for my band and want to upgrade to a board that has USB function. Which board would you guys recommend? I have Pro-Tools for Mac.

Why do you want a USB mixer? If you want to do proper recording then you need a real interface. If you want to record your live shows then just get a two channel interface and take a stereo feed off the board you already have.

Ignoring reasons why you want to upgrade the whole desk:

Allen and Heath ZED series. They are really nice desks with lots of functionality
