90s Shoegaze w/e (GP5/GP4/MIDI) C4C

Bored and sad, fast music is annoying me currently so I'm back to slow stuff.
Will crit back etc, let me know what you guys think.
Thanks.

Solid shoegaze piece. I feel like if you added reverb and kept a constant let ring over the piece, the parts would really wash together. Maybe that's from my MBV based perception of shoegaze, but I think it would give an extra dreamy feel to the song.

This isn't a crit of the song itself, but I absolutely loathe the clean guitar sound of guitar pro. Definitely would have gone with something else.

As a whole, I really do like this. Recorded, I'd love to hear the kick around measure 70 where everything hits hard. Good writing. Good song.

Slow and dreary with a glimpse of hope, good shoegaze tune, thumbs up from me. Sure the GP5 guitars midi sounds probably don't do it justice but with the right Reverb and effects it would sound great as a real recording(or use some keys on GP5 to make it that way maybe). http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/foru...d.php?t=1599243 if you want to check one of mine. Will probably post some of the more mellow stuff i've come up with later on too. Good stuff
