Some of my favourite solos are mainly from Metallica. Nothing Else Matters has a simple yet amazing solo. Also Megadeth's How the Story Ends solo is freaking amazing.

I have heaps, but was just loving the solos of Zakk in

S.I.N - No More Tears (all the solos in this song are great)
