yeah that should be C Minor pentatonic, assuming I haven't made a mistake somewhere in it (fairly big assumption, possibly ).

But yeah, I think that should all be C Minor pentatonic.

Just to show you how I came up with that, I just put the positions/patterns from your original link together:

On the 6th and 5th strings, it's position 5. I then slid up to the 10th fret on the 5th string, which got us into position 1. The 4th and 3rd strings are in position 1. I then slid up to the 12th fret on the third string to get into position 2. And then finally the 2nd and 1st strings are in position 2. Apart from the slide up to the last note at the 15th fret, which is position 3.

The slides denote a change of position/pattern, in other words.
