I thought Billy Gibbons used a Valvestate in his live rig...

I think the Fender Champ 25 or 25 SE are ridiculously undervalued. They're 25 watt tube Fenders and they regularly sell for less than $200 apiece. I traded mine for a Crate V15,* another seriously undervalued amp.

* It's gainier.

Remove V1 & V6. Put the 12AX7 from V1 into V6 and leave V1 empty. Try the vibrato channel.

Had a 25SE. It had a nice clean tone, but it hated pedals and the distortion was bad. However for a purely clean amp, it's great. If you want Fender cleans cheap, this is a good option.

There're people who like being pee'd on & eating cat food, but that doesn't mean it's great. Some bands live in their cars & can't afford decent gear. Just messin' with ya.
I actually had to play through a Bandit at a club one time when I sat in with the band for a set. Really wasn't all that bad after a few tweaks. It was more fun than not playing
Underrated amp? My 1998 Fender Princeton 112+ 1X12 SS combo. Ridiculous metal tone, Van Halen tone, AC/DC, Zep, great cleans. $150 or less on ebay. I've done clips in my profile with that amp, & no one can tell it from my main rigs
Dumble amps? Overrated pieces of shit. F#@king balls thinking he deserves tons more money for his amps than Mike Soldano gets for an SLO 100, & the SLO has a lifetime warranty.

Has the Peavey VTM been mentioned yet? It's one of the most underrated amps ever produced in my opinion

100% all tube, pissed off Marshall in a single channel amp oozing with tonal options. It was the Egnater Tweaker 30 years before they thought of the idea, in a bigger 60W or 120W package.

Some of the Rivera series Fenders and the Red Knobs are somewhat underrated. I think they get overlooked because they aren't a blonde, tweed or a blackface. My buddy has a red knob "The Twin" and that thing is friggin awesome. Also really heavy and loud.

Also, sticking with the Peavey train, I'm going to go with the Triple XXX. Totally not because I bought one either.

Will the electrons still get trapped if I use Iceberg or Romaine? I mean, as long as it isn't solid state right?

Peavey classic 30 is s great amp for a really fair price, used of course. Also, can't believe this hasn't been mentioned yet, it gets a lot of love around here.

He has used a Valvestate power amp with a JMP-1 recently. The classic ZZ-Top sound was a Marshall '68 Super Lead. You know, their good stuff?

JSX's are damn good for the price that I've seen some of them go for on the used market.

Lettuce is (depending on variety) ~95%+ water so it should be ok.

For best results I'd try to get one of the varieties which has the most water.

really never liked anything after Tres Hombres, the MTV videos were cool because of the hot chicks, but that was it.

Is it bad that I just recently watched that video with Dumble talking about fragile harmonics and floating electrons in a crystal lattice?

I about died from a heart attack.
