Is this intentional?

I was listening to Thousand Foot Krutch's "Live at the Masquerade" today when I noticed something weird. At the end of their performance of "The Flame in all of Us," the guitar riff shifts from the verse's normal riff to an exact imitation of Rage Against the Machine's "Testify."

Check it out and see if I'm crazy or what. I don't know if the guitar player meant to do it or what was going on, because the guitar at the end isn't in the album recording of the song.
