Orville finish issues

I just bought a 91 Orville by Gibson and the finish has an orange peel to it and the bindings aren't just yellow its streaky which i never saw before .It usually yellows evenly and the headstock looks grayish . Has anyone had these issues or did i get a refinish guitar ?

That is a lot of orange peel, I'd say it was refinished. But it is hard to tell without actually seeing it.
