Gain a few pounds-healthily and quickly

For some people, the goal of gaining fat is to keep gaining it; for others, there is a clear shape, size, or number in mind. Whatever the case, state your goal clearly to yourself and keep it front and center in your mind. If you make your fat gain an active, engaged personal process, you will feel ownership over it, making it more difficult for others to shame or upset you about it.
