This is #2 of Jon Kammerer's double-cut hollowbodies:
![]() About it: this baby has a pair of SD HBs- I don't actually know what kind- that are kind of middle of the road. They don't do metal particularly well, and they're not the cleanest pickups I own, but they do just about everything in between. Like all sandard JKG designs, its 25.5" scale with 24 frets. However, even with that cut, it is so thick that the uppermost frets are almost unusable unless you practically hug it. Not that I'm letting that stop me from playing it. Like all JKGs I've played, its soooooo nice in the hands. The neck on this one is a nicely tapered C profile.

C'mon, megajosh- we wanna see what those amps get to work with!
In keeping with the rules: my JKG semihollow: ![]() This is one of my only 2 guitars with coil splitting. VERY ergonomic, possibly the most comfortable playing guitar I own.

Here is current gear...
The ESP is the newest addition to my gear. Just bought it from a pawnshop like 3 weeks ago... This guitar will be modded pretty soon. I already drew up a wiring diagram and did some pricing of different pups.Going to have phase reversal, coil switching, volume bypass, kill switch, etc. this guitar plays really well. Just took me awhile to get used to the wider neck The jackson has a kill switch, volume bypass, multi-cap tone and the rear pup is a 1979 Gibson T-Top that came out of a les paul I owned years ago ![]() note A: Time stamp is wrong as I just took it last night note B:My smoking buddy's/fans.. The seals name is Mr. Seal and really digs ole school blues. The snakes name is Slick von Slithers and he is into 80's metal

^Gotta love those older Peaveys! You like those Super Ferrite pups? Mine came with like Schaller or something.
![]() My old, beat up '81 DT-400 (Ibanez). The hardware has pretty much lost all of it's shine, rusty from sweaty hands.

Wow, this thread is like guitar-player porn. Whoever posted the pic with the THREE Soldano heads... man, that's just mean.
My stuff- The amp is an old but modded Ampeg VT-22 (identical to a V4. The VT-22 was the combo version of the V4 but for some reason mine is a head) head running Sovtek 6L6GC's. My main guitar for the last 6 or 7 years has been my Burny RLC-70 (a Floyd-Rose-equipped japanese lawsuit Les Paul Custom) that currently has Dimarzio's- a Super-Distortion in the bridge and a BluesBucker in the neck. I picked up the Charvel So-Cal (stock Dimarzio Tone-Zone in the bridge and Evolution in the neck) last summer and have been using it alot lately, great guitar for not that much money. ![]() I get my sounds from a Vox ToneLabLE into the Ampeg (great clean sounds on that amp, perfect for OD pedals or modelers)- my distorted sound is the Vox's Soldano SLO-100 model + it's Klon Centaur overdrive. My clean is the Vox's model of a Dumble OD100's clean channel with a little compression, chorus and delay. Lately I haven't been using the Boss EQ at all and the Zoom unit I use only for it's noise-gate, which is awesome. For wah's I've used Crybabies forever but have been digging the Morley Bad Horsie II lately-- lotta tonal range on that pedal, it can be really effective once you get used to it's wider sweep. I bought a Peavey VK112 combo with an Eminence Man'OWar speaker a few months ago just to use for rehearsals and liked it so much that I decided to get the head version too. I picked up a used VK100 head cheap as hell a couple weeks ago and have used it the last couple of shows. I'm really impressed with it, especially considering how little they cost. It REALLY likes my Soldano cab. It weighs alot less than the Ampeg, is only 4 years old instead of 40 and I won't go into a suicidal depression if it gets banged up. I'll update the pics accordingly soon.

closeup of my Fender Telecaster Blacktop Pedals I typically use (TC electronics hall of fame > Ibanez TS5 > GFS electronics tuner > Dunlop crybaby) Group picture with my gretsch. My deville lives at my friends house because of my lack of space. The cab under the sheet is a Marshall AVT. I don't play metal ayyy

Alright here's some nice boutique stuff along with a nice shoe
show
the God Complex is a Si/Ge hybrid fuzz. awesome fuzz by God Box FX, this one happens to be #1 ever produced. The black one is a really hot overdrive. By God Box again. #3 ever produced. There's Morley PWA from'92, the silver one in the corner is a Fuzz Factory clone with some modifications. The two greenies are a phaser and an EQ, the one i nthe middle is God Complex's brother all Ge fuzz (which I found a setting on that gives a natural octave up in conjunction wiht a fat boost before it). There's also a dual overdrive (again all boutique by God Box) and it has custom graphics and is set up exactly for me (1 out of only 5 or so produced, I forgot the number) EDIT: sorry pic was too big, put it in a spoiler. I can't resize the pic unfortunately
