F*cking amazing band, too many threads. Can't wait for the new album, I liked By The Way but it would be nice to see something a little more like their older stuff.

Chili Peppers are one of my favorites, however I think the albums before Mother's Milk are all pretty ****ty. I tend not to even count them in the collection.

I'm a huge Chili Pepper fan and must say they're my favorite band, and Flea and John (esp. Flea) have been a huge influence on me as a musician.

I hope you know that every time you post on UG, I die that much faster. Every post I've seen you make, I've just dismissed you as a ****** and a half. Now, you're just fucking annoying. Honestly, shut up.

Wow! Thanks for the superb response to my thread! Sorry if people think there are too many Chilis threads on here but they just need to be appreciated and talked about. LedZeppelin has clearly has never stepped outside his room. I see that there are tons of Frusciante fans around and was wandering whether any of you guys think that if they changed any members of the current band, that the music would start sucking? Im looking forward to the double album HUGELY and it should be amazing! Look forward to your replies, bye!

I personally don't like them. I don't think the music is bad, I think they have a pretty good guitarist, but I don't care for the vocals at all. But a lot of people like them, and to each their own.

One of my favorite bands, I am actually listening to them right now. One thing that really stands out to me is they never lock themselves down with one definitive sound, they're always open to change and experimentation. I love Mother's Milk and BSSM in the same way I love By The Way, they're very different from eachother, but are connected by the fact that they are great musical achievements.
I can't wait until April... ![]()
