Old thread yeah...there are plenty of guitar stores, will be one in any major SM
You can get a crappy guitar for like $10 if you're on vacation and just wanna play something. I wouldn't want to buy a decent guitar unless I was staying there for a while (would not want to ship it nor somehow bring with)

well, actualy SM mall of asia and even in Sm Sta mesa... even in pampanga... there are lots of quality guitars here in the Philippines. you should check 'em out...

I didn't think it was worth my time or effort to pass judgment on it. I'll never be going near the Philippines, at least not in this lifetime.

Fernandes for local types here, but I'm not satisfied with our local products here. If you want to buy Fender/Squier, Gibson/Epiphone, or other high-quality guitar brands here, you can buy them for a lower price (kinda 10% - 20% off, and some of them are high quality). Perfect Pitch/Yupangco for Fender products and JB Music for Gibson products.
