AMIP, is a much better version of gotmp3, imo, and basically works by becoming a plugin for Itunes/WinAmp (not sure if there is a Windows Media Version) and as well as displaying in mIRC seems to work with messenger and other programs if you want it to. |

ok ive done everything. Ive downloaded chatr 6.21 or whatever i added the UG Chat server to it and i still cant connect

Have you joined the UG channel? type /join #ultimate-guitar when you connect to the server

are you sure you set it up right? you mightve made a typo you didnt see etcetc. if that doesnt work, type '/server irc.matrixchat.us -j #ultimate-guitar' and someone in the chat should be able to help you.
