Oh this is so wrong! It should blatently be played in London.
How much are flights to New York in November? I could fly out Friday, get there in time for the show Saturday and fly home on Sunday. Holy bollocks that would be amazing. I'm gonna go and check plane ticket prices..... EDIT: How big is the Irving Plaza?

^ That was an estimate really. There's probably some that are a lot cheaper, but for flights & hotel (3 nights - may as well make the most of the trip) through lastminute.com I can get for £512 (each) if I find someone to come with me. So now it's time to find people that fancy a trip to NY....

Anyone know what happened with the pre-sale?
Did it sell out instantly or did it just not work? I came on and checked at 5pm UK time (which I think is 12 eastern) and I wasn't able to get any. Then I checked their myspace and saw a few comments there where people were unsure. EDIT: Onsale now... EDIT 2: Either they sold out really quick or the site has some real problems. I had the chance to take a couple at about 5:20, then my mum told me not to because it was ridiculous, closed the screen for a minute, went back on and they were all gone

My guess is that it will result in a tour at some point, I'd love it to, but it's only speculation at the moment. I'm sure they'll consider it for quite a while seeing as how quickly the pre-sale sold out.

Possibly, never thought of it before.
Going to have a copy of the split with Samiam in a couple of weeks (so long as the post doesn't screw me over like it seems to be doing at the moment). Certainly going to make up for not being able to go to the shows. Convinced someone on ebay to sell it to me for about £25, and seeing as I've lost out multiple times in the past because they've gone for over £50 I am now extremely happy

^ It's just a live set of six tracks on the album from what I remember. Got the audio already, might put them up again at some point as its a good recording.
As for the band name being linked to the JFK assassination I don't believe that to be true. I've got a pretty decent interview with them in an old zine (can't remember which it was in, but its upstairs somewhere) saying that its in reference to 'bullet' and that only one of the members knew that when it was suggested, never seen a mention of the link with JFK. Could be true, but just seen quite a few interviews where the name has been mentioned and that hasn't come up. The song titles are a possibility though.
