I've known of this person for a little while now, he lives somewhat close.
The music's not really my thing though. If there is more variety, maybe we'll see... To Kount Kris, do you have a brother who plays guitar? I don't know why, but I thought for some reason you did. Maybe I'm confusing you with someone else.

No, I'm afraid I don't, a friend of mine said he was good or something along those lines.
What kind of music does he play?

Well, you don't just "start" on fusion. At least if you're talking about jazz fusion.
Your sweeps are pretty clean, but the vibrato bothered me. |

I agree. The vibrato sent a cringe up my spine.

I don't really understand how people can enjoy that really narrow bee vibrato.

I consider it to be the most important thing in anyone's guitar playing.

Yeah, vibrato's the kind of thing that can make you sound really bad or really good. And you can't really hide it if your vibrato's weak.

Haha Funny story, I had Kris in my band and yes, he does think he is the greatest thing to walk the earth. Him and this kid: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cf...endid=113169388 are friends, and that kid, Promyk was talking about how he invented what was called "Shred-Sweep" which is like running through a scale while sweeping....and said that by the age of 14 that he had mastered Yngwie's technique It wasnt until my bass player confronted him about his ego that he tore it down and stuff. Kris would be an ok person if his ego wasnt so huge and didnt think he was the best guitarist ever to grace New England. His music would also sound alot better if he made his tone a little more real sounding, its kinda like Symph X has their over digitized tone. Theres no teeth to it lol. /waits for Kris to come and bash me |

What's childish about it if it's true?

Then let him have his big ego, it's his loss not yours. You don't get anything by bad-mouthing other musicians. You just make yourself look like an asshole. |

That's what I was thinking too!! ![]() If that's the standard (or decided lack of) of quality of music needed to be a hit on MySpace, then damn, I'm the next Yngwie Cheers - ![]() Daisy
