theyre post-hardcore/lite metalcore

even tho their myspace saya "hardcore/emo" hardcore is fast punk songs, they have meatl in their songs.

and they arent emo because the have a warped view of emo, they think emo is lyrics and the way you act on stage



emo is emotional/melodic hardcore punk. look it up.

Never really got into this band, something about them that I don't like..

Some of their riffs are pretty good though.

They're Emo enough for this forum. No need to get into the whole "blah blah elitism" argument.

And I don't mind their music. It's relatively creative, and Craig Owens has a wonderful voice (See: Cinematic Sunrise)

However, a large majority of their fans are dumbass scenesters.

i saw them live opening for Atreyu (i was there for everytime i die) they were pretty ok.

i dont dislike them, but i dont worship them.

read their lyrics and tell me they arnt emo. and craig (the lead singer) is pretty cocky if u ever get to talk to him, i used to like them alot (as u can tell by the icon) but i always seem to revert back to coheed.

They're a pretty cool band. I liked em' alot better before they got so big now. I swear, every time I get on someones myspace page nowadays, a Chiodos song starts up...

nah, the people who i see regularly post on here are in no way "scenesters".

i like them, i like craig's vocal but i'm still yet to see them live + i doubt it holds up.
