I do the same thing. I find you can mimic reverb with it pretty well.

Grats man! I say crank up the volume; tube saturation ftw! And then dial em in. I have my bass at half way, my mid dimed and my treble at 3/4ths of the way up!

Sorry for double post, but completely different on subjects.
Okay, I'm a bit confused on what digital and analog pedals are, could someone explain em to me? And also, I was looking into the grail etc etc to color my tone...is delayed considered as coloring your tone? Or is it like the wah where you just create bass---treble---bass---treble? Cheers. Also, one more thing! About Boss pedals....considering the delay boss pedals, are they any good? Are there any better ones? ![]() Just wanted to get one to suite up my orange tone!

Tiny terror are tehz awes. I love those little things! Honestly, I did NOT have enough time to play with the EQ to try to get a metal tone, but It surely can nail those rock tones if you wish to get em'.

TT can do Glam and Power really well, but not much heavier without some MAJOR overdrive pedals coming into the fray.

Yeah, Orange sounds pretty sweet, but I can't really see myself getting one. I'm not much of a rocker, and Oranges are too Orange IMO
Right now I'm GASing for an ENGL ![]() |

digital means the signal has been broken down into it's mathmatical approximation so it can be manipulated and changed. This is what D/A and A/D converters do, and the quality of the converter determines how close the approximation is to the actual signal(sampling rate). Think of taking the rectangles under a sine wave in calculus, the more rectangles you have, the closer the approximation is to the actual wave. Analog just means the signal isn't getting converted into it's mathmatical equivalent, it should be the original signal that gets manipulated or passed on.

Omg, if the OCD can do that or more to my orange....I'll seriously drop down and cry. That's an amazing tone.

THUNDERVERB 200!!
C'mon some of you have to have played with one. I want tones from clean rock/hard rock, which I know I can get from pretty much any Orange. Up to more Death metally influenced hardcore/speed metal type stuff. (Think Black Dahlia murder, Parkway Drive, IKTPQ) I usually play in Drop B for metal. In words it definitely sounds like the amp for me, but has anyone had the pleasure of playing with one?

But no, I havnt, I havnt even got any shops in my area (including travelling 40 mins in car) that sell a flaming rocker, let alone a thunderverb! But I am assuming, as with ALL Orange amps, they are Teh Sex |
