King Crimson are quite amazing. Very underrated too. Larks' Tongues in Aspic, Red, and Discipline are their best records.
And for the record, both Frusciante and Dave Matthews are great musicians.

I've only heard "In The Court of the Crimson King" and "In The Wake of the Poseidon", but very impressive work.
Still have many other albums to go through, I just work in order. |

Great stuff, my favorite albums are Red and Discipline but most of them are worth having.

When I first heard them years ago I thought it was going to be some power metal band, it wasnt, and I havent listened to them since, nor can I remember what they sound like.

Amazing band indeed, I love Great Deceiver and The Night Watch the most. Bruford made this the band it is in my opinion. Fripp is great but the drums were really the most essential to the music.

Other way around. King Crimson formed in 1969, Dark Tower series wasn't started until 1977...
