I would say that these are intermediate and/or advanced:

(The) Clap by Yes

Powertab: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs...p_power_tab.htm
Tab: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs...we/clap_tab.htm

*Warning: Both the tabs are not completely accurate. I recommend looking at both and then watching the video to see what he does differently from the tabbed versions.*

Classical Gas by ______________ (many performers)
Video:
Powertab: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs...as_power_tab.ht
Tab: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs...cal_gas_tab.htm

Angelina by Tommy Emmanuel
Video:
Powertab: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs...a_power_tab.htm
Tab: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs...ngelina_tab.htm

*The powertab is a full version of the song. The tab however, is not.*

I would suggest Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under The Bridge.

http://ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/r/r...coustic_tab.htm

Getting it perfectly right and sound clean is pretty hard.

Man, I love the heavy riffs, but right now I am learning the middle solo that is kinda soft. It sounds so good, even on an acoustic.
I give Master of Puppets two horns up.

Temptation by Slayer.

Not particularly hard fret work but the picking patterns are awesome. Requires a fast hand (:

Snow (Hey Oh) by Red Hot Chili Peppers
Great song for faster alternate picking, "intermediate" to learn to play, "advanced" if you can play it as fast as their guitarist does...damn, I can't remember his name! annoying....

+1. It's a difficult song, but once you learn it, it's so cool.

im thinking..... Crossroads by Cream as a intermediate song, getting the main riff down is kind of hard, then you've got Claptons awesome solos in there.
