missed my chance to get a ticket for the glasgow show I know some people though, so I might be able to blag one.

Gotta say that I liked Puzzle, and I liked their eirlier stuff too. Been a fan from long before Puzzle too. Its just musical taste. To those people who say Puzzle and Mountains sounds watered down and empty, have you tried listening to these on a half decent sound system? It really is epic.

I too, have heard that Simon Neil talked about Mountains being the end of the puzzle era, and that the next album is likely to be a throwback to the good old days.

Puzzle was voted album of the year by most Kerrang critics in 07. There was about 30 critics and it was in mosts top 10. Don't know why people are always hating on Puzzle, it's a great album. I'm not saying the other ones were shit but still.

Discuss this topic and this topic only on a thread which you can find in my 'About me' section.

I seen them supporting RHCP at Hampden park and at the Corn Exchange in Edinburgh in November '07. I must admit I liked them almost as much as the RHCP that night. It wasn't really that they were ultra awesome, the Chilis just bored me haha.

Was anyone else at these gigs?

Yeah, they always play with violinists these days. They use them on 9/15ths, Folding Stars, Machines, and Now The Action is On Fire! too.

After listening to them a lot for the past few months I've got to agree with this.

I love Biffy. I really wish they'd play in the Ironworks or something. I'd love to see them live.

Reading back through the posts i was a bit of a Puzzle fanboy when i first made this thread.

Missed out on tickets to Glasgow, but will probably get them on ebay at some point.

Also I met Simon Neil in HMV in Glasgow a few months ago. Such a nice chap.

And That Golden Rule is ****ing epic.
