Hey
Coming into the thread now to recommend some stuff...
Might have already been recommended but I'm not going to read all 5 pages of this thread to find out. lol.
Check out:
Cartel, Senses Fail, Enter Shikari, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Dashboard Confessional, Donots, The Bravery, Blackout, Hit the Lights, Blue October, All Time Low, Motion City Soundtrack...
You probably all have most of them but you might not. Yeah.

I basically need anything that isn’t insanely popular… no Paramore, FOB, MCR, just totally laid back (?), basically, anything that is good music and not plastered all over MTV or the radio… I’m very bored with my current music…

If you haven't done already, go to the radio thread and download the playlist there. It's pretty much the exact opposite to all the bands you listed there.

So. If anyone has heard of Zebrahead, would you happen to know another band who sounds like them? Preferably one with a similar vocalist as that of Matty Lewis. But any Pop Punk band with similar style would be nice.[=

Umm...maybe you're thinking of emocore? If you're not talking about real emo bands, you're probably thinking of post hardcore.

Try:
Rites of Spring
Embrace
Indian Summer
Moss Icon

Okay, so I've sorta been getting into like that post-hardcorey nunu-screamo type music like thursday and Circa Survive (I can't explain it any differently)

what are some other bands I may like in that vein?

i just found out that my little brother enjoys pop-punk, or at least some of it. I made a list of bands that i showed him that he enjoyed, i realize that not all of the bands are pop-punk but they all belong here. Could i get some help finding more bands along these lines that he might enjoy.

Circa Survive

City and Colour
Four Years Strong
Daggermouth
Broadway Calls
Carpenter
The Forcast
Paulson
Limbeck
All Time Low
The Friday Night Boys
Set Your Goals
