I highly recommend reading the lyrics while listening, the story is great. It's about a girl the gets arrested and is awaiting execution. The first three songs are from the prison priest's point of view, the next three are from the executioner, then next three are from Kezia's, and the final one if kind of a reflection of the whole album.


He also says it in Blindfolds Aside.

I just find Scurrilous extremely repetitive/boring. To me all the songs sound the same and

Personally, I can listen to Kezia and Scurrilous over and over without getting tired of them, but Fortress gets old pretty fast. It's all obviously personal preference though.

Kezia is still the only album I ever listened to... I own Fortress but never actually listened to it.
