Surprised no thread yet...

Discovered this band today, literally the day after they come within 100 miles of me... strongly considering shelling out $200 to catch them in PA this weekend. 'Nuff said.

does this count as punk. sounds like a start up garage rock band. that guitar tone hurts my ears.

Sounds pretty punk to me:



I didn't pick the punkiest song in my earlier post, I just really like that cover.

I'm just digging into em now but from what I can see they seem to kind of go back and forth between sunny pop-punk and Beatles-ish garage+indie rock. Their back catalog is pretty huge.

Kurt Cobain was a fan, I'd kill to see a cover that Nirvana apparently did at some point lol...:

not for me i guess. the guitar tone ruins it for me, and im by no means a tone freak or anything like that
