Cant believe we dont have one of these already. Yes, I tried searching.
What peavey amp (or even guitar >_>) do you own? I myself, recently bought a Triple XXX Super 40 EFX and it ****ing kills so far! Ill have pics up soon! Please include pics if you can! :> Also, if you have some killer settings youd want to share with us, please state amp and settings!

Not sure if it counts, but i had a Classic 50/50 EL84 power amp in my rack, sounded pretty responsive and mean.

i'm probably buying a classic 30 soon. if some of you guys could tell me if it can do a good guns n roses tone? and if it could do joe satriani well with an overdrive? that would be awesome!

I've got a Valveking 112, which I'm very happy with. I've replaced the tubes from the stock, and I've currently working on a 2x12 cab (2 celestion 30's) to replace the crappy Valveking speaker. Once that's all set up and working, I'm gonna turn my combo into a head (i.e. remove the stock speaker and construct it a whole new casing).
But yeah, I'm a big Peavey fan, I'll be looking into getting a XXX or a 6505 (or whatever) as my first 'proper' amp.

Loving my C30. I've liked most Peavey tubes I've tried. The exceptions being the vk, which I think is a horrendous amp. Sterile cleans and an all around bad lead channel.

i got a VK 112 for christmas and now i'm wishing i waited a bit longer for a used C30 to go on craigslist, and one did about two weeks into january. i'm still happy with the VK but i would love to have a classic

i got my peavey 6505+ and 6505 cab in february and have loved it ever since, and the looks people give me when i walk in with it. and not forgetting of course the amazing sound i get from it

Delta Blues 210 tonight off of craigslist for $350. Not. Too. Shabby... Will post pics later if I can stop playing long enough to grab my camera. Was looking for a C30 or Traynor YCV40 but this came along first. So what was I supposed to do??? *smirks*
