I'm afraid that's a little beyond me. If you can find a gif (or get someone to make a video into a gif), I can try to make it fit.

So how do I make the picture I attached into my avatar? I know that sounds kinda noobish but if anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Also will I need to resize it and if so could someone please do that aswell please? Thanks.
