7 Famous Easy Riffs For Beginners

Hey guys! Right, now I know what it's like to be a beginner guitarist: It's kinda boring, right? You keep on thinking-When can I learn that cool riff?- or you just wanna impress others by saying- "Yeah, I can play Guns n Roses", or whatever.

So I've put together 7 easy guitar riffs from-

you may want to change the title of this post to a few cool riffs. i remember just beginning and i had the exact same sentiments about playing the cool licks, but i think that an actual lesson should include techniques or material that can be applied to a variety of songs or styles and teach one how to improve their guitar playing.

playing a tab is normal if your having a hard time!There is not a tab that is easy to do, you just need to keep practising!

no, you just need to take it easy and just keep challenging yourself to play through the notes. once you can confidently get through the notes, then consider getting yourself up to speed. once youv'e got those down, you'll be able to do it with your eyes closed. heres a weird tip... try playing in the mirror. it'll help you not to look at your hands.

Im a complete beginenr and I managed to play a couple of there riffs and they sounded recognisable. I could not do this before I tried this lesson so gotta be pretty good. Thanks

they mean the frets on said strings. for example if it says like 15 then that means the 15th fret on that particular string, and so on.

Some good ideas but maybe a bit difficult for beginners. I'd simply Iron Man into a single line melody and Sweet Child O Mine you can play down the octave using open strings.

They stand for slides. You should slide your fingers across the fretboard without lifting your finger.
E.g: E|--3-5/3\5---- | This means I should first play the third fret then the fifth, then slide back into the third and then slide back into the fifth.
