This is okay, but a little bit of it is wrong. An major chord is root, major third, perfect fifth. A major third from A is C# - a minor third would be C. Same goes for the tetrads. And if a note's a semitone sharp, it will sound wrong. The C# is how the chord is played, not "close." Other than that, good job.
