Most difficult part is the strum pattern when you come to the parts of the song where you strum the entire chord, unless you have the ear for it its pretty easy mode. It’s pretty much mimicking the piano cover and their accents on the chords of the guitar.

-Right after the ending of the verse and following up to the chorus, go up the neck to the 5th 7th and 8th fret with the same chord position right after the chord on the 3rd or the F (this is just going to be a simple progression), then sing the first few words then follow in with these chords. The Em is just replacement of the Am.
