Amen. I can't believe they even made this a front page story, much less a story at all. This is old news that I've been hearing since I was a child. Maybe to the simple-minded obsessed Beatles fans in the 60s it was Yoko's fault, but we now know it was much more complex than that. The Beatles became a clash of egos, and honestly, I believe they reached an appropriate end going out on Abbey Road. Part of the Beatles' legacy is their short-lived career anyway. Had they been around 30 or 40 years, they probably wouldn't be as revered as they are. See also, Led Zeppelin.

But with that said I dont think you can blame her, Lennon was probably already drifting away. You had 4 potential front men in the Beatles (well, Ringo probably thought he had such potential) and when you have that you're going to get problems and conflicts. Just like Pink Floyd, just like so many other bands we're you have one or more songwriter/singer whatever.

You come off as knowing about The Beatles, but you know nothing. Yoko ruined nothing. The band was falling apart and while she may have pushed John, she didn't push him away from anything that he wasn't already feeling.
